If your academic Information system account cannot access the system, do this procedure;
1. Verify your academic billing. if your billing has been paid off, then you can make a ticket to Unblock your account with verification letter form finance department. Do not forget attach your full name, student number, active email and state your problem with clear
2. if you have a scholarship from PKA, than request a verification latter to PKA and verify to finance department and repeat the procedure above
3. if you have unpaid billing, than make a payment and repeat the first procedure
